Privacy Policy

What we collect. To provide Care Companion Plus, we collect information you give us directly and information created as you use the app:

• Account information — name, email address, and password (stored securely; we never see your raw password)
• Health-related information you enter — medications, dosages, appointment details, and care notes
• Caregiver Pro information — client names and care records you enter as a caregiver, and information about the caregivers on a client's care team
• Billing information for paid plans, processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number
• Basic usage information — device type, general app activity, and notification preferences

How we use it. We use your information to:

• Operate the core features of the app — medication reminders, appointment tracking, and care notes
• Generate reports you choose to share, such as caregiver summaries for family members or caseworkers
• Send reminders and account-related notifications
• Process payments for Personal Premium and Caregiver Pro subscriptions
• Improve the app and fix problems

We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

Who we share it with. We share information only as needed to run the service:

• People you explicitly choose to share care notes or reports with (family members, caseworkers)
• Service providers who help operate the app, including our database provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), email provider (SendGrid), and push notification provider (OneSignal)
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law

How it's stored and protected. Your data is stored in Supabase, a secured cloud database, with encryption in transit. We limit access to your information to what's needed to operate the app and respond to support requests.

Your choices and rights. You can:

• Access, edit, or delete the information in your account at any time from within the app
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Request account deletion by contacting us at the email below; we will delete your data except where we're required to retain records by law
• Turn off push and email notifications in your account settings

Children's privacy. Care Companion Plus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or caregiver may use the app to track care information about a minor in their care.

Changes to this policy. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

Terms of Service

Agreement to terms. By creating an account or using Care Companion Plus, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Care Companion Plus is. Care Companion Plus is a personal health and caregiver management tool for tracking medications, appointments, and care notes. It has two modes: Personal, for individual or family use, and Caregiver Pro, for professional and multi-client caregiving.

Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, though you may use the app to manage care information for a minor or dependent in your care.

Subscriptions and billing.

• Free — no cost, core medication and appointment tracking
• Personal Premium — $3.99/month or $29.99/year
• Caregiver Pro — $14.99/month or $149/year

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Caregiver Pro responsibilities. If you use Caregiver Pro to manage care for other people, you're responsible for having the appropriate authorization to record and share their information, and for the accuracy of what you enter on their behalf.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use Care Companion Plus to:

• Enter false medical information intended to mislead a caregiver, family member, or healthcare provider
• Access another person's account or care records without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its infrastructure

Termination. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability. Care Companion Plus is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8ive AI LLC is not liable for missed reminders, data entry errors, or decisions made based on information in the app. The app is a tracking tool, not a clinical safety system.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
